The house flooded in 2011 and has gone through 2 owners and 5 real estates in 4 years.
The house, boring on the outside but simple looking and the inside doesn't look to bad.
They didn't replace most walls after the flood, just painted over the top, so there is a lot of 'hidden' woodrot and mould. The electrics in the house are horrible, one in the lounge that will kill anything that is plugged into it and a few that spark. The oven will burn anything you put into it. The lights were continuously blowing. The pool is a nightmare to keep clean.
They have cleaned up the backyard a bit by cutting down a few trees (one that they wouldn't remove while we were there despite the fact it was an illegal wild tobacco tree)
They have recently installed aircon as well.
So if you want to pay $390 to have a pool that goes green on a dime and sit in cool regressing aircon while you think about what a big mistake signing the lease was, Go for it.
And don't expect the owners to fix anything.
